Tom Fletcher from McFly ties the knot!

 

Now that the sun is out, celebrity wedding season is well and truly on its way. Starting off with McFly's Tom Fletcher, who has got married to Giovanna Falcone.

The couple, who have been together since they were at school, joked about their nuptials on Twitter. Tom said: "I'm sure I'm meant to be doing something today." To which Giovanna replied: "naaah! Just your average boring Saturday! Xxxx" 

Before heading to the ceremony, he said: "Ok, this is probably my last tweet for today. The next time I tweet I will be a married man!…unless @giovannafalcone stands me up….." But there's no way she'd do that - she was far too excited about the event last night: "Okay… My dress is hung up nicely, as are the bridesmaid dresses… Everything else is laid out in preparation. I think I'm ready!!! Xxxx" 

Let's hope Tom made it to the church on time. Last night McFly drummer posted a photo of Danny, Dougie and Tom mucking about sucking on mini milks. 

This isn't the only great thing to happen to Tom recently. He's just had the One Direction seal of approval. Niall Horan has thanked him for helping them on their second album. He tweeted: "@tommcfly tuuune! you've smashed it dude..thank you." 

We can't wait to see the wedding photos - Giovanna's older brother is TOWIE's Mario Falcone, and we'd like to see how he scrubs up. Then again, with him about, fingers crossed those bridesmaids are kept safe. He's a legendary ladies' man, and recently confessed to sleeping with 28 women during one two-week lads' trip to Malta!
