CAMERON Diaz looks like she’s Expecting a day in the office rather than a premiere for her new movie. 

The 39-year-old beauty dressed down for the red carpet bash for What To Expect When You’re Expecting, in a simple white blouse, albeit a boob-revealing one, and plain black trousers. 

It was a stark contrast to the glam Cam of the evening before, when she wowed in long silver gown at the Met Gala ball.

Clearly the joy of designer gowns and high heels wears off after too many evenings on the red carpet. 

Cameron, who plays a pregnant fitness guru in the comedy, chose comfort over style as she joined her co-stars at the Lincoln Square Theatre in New York.

She did tantalise a little with a plunging neckline on the bib-fronted white shirt. 

But she had done away with the prosthetic breasts she wore in the film, which she admitted flashing at screen hubby Matthew Morrison. 

She said: “He got a peak of my pregnant breasts. Those were awesome.”

Co-stars Elizabeth Banks and Brooklyn Decker made a little more effort for the star-studded screening.

And Elizabeth Banks put the fashion disaster of the Met Gala behind her for a flattering floral dress with sheer cut-out side panels, that made the most of her amazing figure. 

Chris Rock, who plays the father of triplets in the movie, looked cool in dark jeans, black T-shirt and trendy Vans plimsolls, with a long coat.
